Field Marketing Specialist - APAC
The Field Marketing Specialist, APAC, is responsible for executing and managing Diligent Corporation's marketing programs in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. Reporting to the APAC Director of Field Marketing, this role involves close collaboration with Field Marketing Managers, regional sales teams, and colleagues across Product Marketing, Content, and Digital Marketing to implement coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and bookings aligned with the go-to-market priorities of the APAC commercial organization.
Key responsibilities include executing field events and multi-channel online and offline programs to build and accelerate pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts. The specialist will optimize and nurture lead-to-revenue performance by leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) processes, working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and sales teams. Additionally, the role involves tracking the follow-up of leads and pipeline from campaigns and activities to drive towards commercial goals, analyzing campaign and activity data to measure results, and supporting the measurement and reporting on marketing ROI, commercial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The specialist will also work in partnership with the Digital team to roll out digital media plans and paid digital programs that support integrated campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of B2B marketing experience, with 1-2 years in SaaS. Experience in executing and supporting high-impact campaigns and activities focused on measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes is essential. The candidate should have experience executing in-person events in the Australia and New Zealand markets and be proficient in utilizing modern platforms in marketing technology and analytics, including Tableau and Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams both in-region and globally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in interactions with Marketing and Sales stakeholders are required. A motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight is essential. Proficiency in data analysis and processing to provide necessary analytics for executing activities or reviewing results, exceptional project management skills, and a strong understanding of AI and how AI tools can be used to improve buyer/customer experience and work effectiveness are also important. Prior experience marketing to Asia, including Japan, and previous experience in ABM and webinar execution are considered a plus.
