Square is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, performing product demonstrations, and closing deals across Square's diverse product ecosystem. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local sellers, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role with a focus on field sales. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, the ability to manage complex deals independently, and experience in business development activities such as cold calling are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required. Additionally, candidates must have reliable transportation and reside within the Adelaide market to effectively serve the local client base.
