Key responsibilities include owning the full outbound sales cycle with SMB and mid-market merchants, building and managing a high-quality pipeline through various outreach strategies, and developing tailored multi-product solutions across Square's ecosystem. The role also involves conducting impactful discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor by flexibly handling BDR, AE, and AM responsibilities, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Success in outbound prospecting and generating new business, preferably in SaaS or fintech sectors, is important. Experience in closing complex deals with longer sales cycles, the ability to build a pipeline from scratch using strategic outreach, and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required. The compensation for this role ranges from $95,938 to $143,937 CAD annually, depending on location and experience.
