The role also encompasses receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, overseeing shipping and receiving tasks, and assisting with office supplies and facilities requests. Additionally, the specialist supports copy and print services, helps with office moves, and sets up meeting rooms as needed, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of prior work experience preferred. Essential skills include strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively.
