Lighthouse is seeking a Finance AI Application Specialist to lead the innovation and management of our financial technology systems. This pivotal role involves not only overseeing existing platforms but also integrating artificial intelligence and automation to enhance financial processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing scalable solutions that support our rapid growth and future expansion.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing core financial systems such as NetSuite, implementing AI-driven solutions to automate manual tasks, and collaborating closely with the finance team to facilitate the adoption of new technologies. The role also encompasses leading projects related to software implementation and system integration, providing frontline support to end-users, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure a robust financial operations framework.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, and a solid understanding of core finance processes and their technological impacts. Proactivity, a passion for innovation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience with NetSuite administration, a background in finance or digital transformation, and familiarity with various finance functions such as accounting, FP&A, or procurement are highly desirable.
