Finance Manager, Data Centers
CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Data Center Finance team, which is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analytics supporting the rapid expansion of the company's global data center operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, capacity planning, power, sustainability, and executive leadership to drive informed decision-making in a critical area of the business.
The Finance Manager will own end-to-end financial planning processes for data center expenses, including leases, power, equipment financing, and general operating expenses. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining complex financial models to forecast capital expenditures across multiple projects and geographies, driving monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reviews and variance analyses, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards and reporting. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with supply chain and procurement teams to align capital commitments with delivery schedules and vendor terms, as well as monitoring supplier performance and cost trends to inform financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or supply chain finance, preferably in a capital-intensive industry such as hyperscale, manufacturing, or cloud infrastructure. A deep understanding of capital project accounting, lifecycle budgeting, and vendor management is essential. Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are required, and familiarity with tools like NetSuite or Tableau is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA/CMA being a plus.
