Finance Manager, Engineering
Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Finance Manager to support its engineering and product development teams. In this role, the Finance Manager will lead the planning and budgeting processes for assigned engineering teams, collaborating with senior management to design, track, and measure annual operating and financial plans. Responsibilities include refining data systems to enhance operational insights, creating and monitoring key performance indicators, and developing executive reporting documents. The position also involves deploying data visualization dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in finance or a related field, with a preference for those with over 4 years in a corporate financial planning and analysis function. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting is required, while an MBA is strongly preferred. Proficiency with FP&A software tools like Adaptive Planning and ERP systems such as SAP is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary for this position ranges from $133,440 to $155,000 annually, with actual compensation determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Archer offers a pay-for-performance culture and rewards performance that supports the company's business strategy.
