Finance Manager, RMS
Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager to join the rapidly growing Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) Business. This role is integral to driving strategic and operational growth within RMS by providing analytical insights and financial guidance. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support key business decisions and initiatives.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading long-range financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the consolidated company plan. Key duties involve developing complex financial models, conducting balance sheet analyses, and preparing executive-level reports. Additionally, the role includes managing headcount planning and workforce analytics, such as creating comprehensive hiring budgets, forecasting headcount, and analyzing workforce costs.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) considered a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting environments is required. Strong expertise in cash flow management, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, and experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, Foundry) are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment are also necessary.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $111,000 to $147,000 annually, along with highly competitive equity grants.
