Deep technical expertise in data integration, including working with APIs and ETL tools to connect EPM platforms to source systems, is essential. Exceptional problem-solving and modeling skills, along with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with senior business leaders, are also required.
