FP&A Analyst II, GTM
Braze is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst II to join our Finance team, focusing on the Go-To-Market (GTM) function. This role is pivotal as we scale our FP&A capabilities to support GTM operations. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The FP&A Analyst II will own portions of the GTM budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders to model scenarios related to spending changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs. The analyst will support long-range planning and annual operating plan processes by translating revenue targets into investment needs. Additionally, they will act as the primary FP&A business partner to Growth, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations, providing clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in a financial reporting function and hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce and an understanding of SaaS accounting and finance are advantageous. The ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and collaborate effectively with team members is crucial.
