FP&A Manager
Harbinger Motors Inc., an American commercial electric vehicle company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join its growing team in Garden Grove, California. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's mission to transform the medium-duty EV and hybrid vehicle industry by providing critical financial planning and analysis expertise.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis. The manager will also own all data-related aspects for the Finance Department, driving process improvements in existing systems and identifying new tools to enhance efficiency.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting, along with 5-8+ years of relevant finance experience. While CPA certification or eligibility is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, and will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems, are essential.
