As a Corporate Account Executive at Webflow, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence among mid-sized companies ranging from 300 to 2,500 employees. This position is integral to our go-to-market strategy, focusing on building meaningful relationships with potential and existing customers in the Western United States. Webflow is a leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform that empowers teams to design, launch, and optimize web experiences without writing code.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential accounts through proactive outbound efforts. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, with a focus on opportunities exceeding $50,000 in annual contract value. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough discovery to understand customer challenges, positioning Webflow's solutions effectively, and negotiating multi-year software contracts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, design, education, and engineering is essential to execute sales strategies and deliver cohesive customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in closing complex SaaS deals involving multiple stakeholders. A proven track record of successfully managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and decision-making processes is essential. Strong prospecting skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a passion for the no-code space are highly valued. Familiarity with web design and development, as well as a growth mindset and openness to emerging technologies like AI, will contribute to success in this role.

Webflow offers a competitive compensation package, with on-target earnings ranging from $195,000 to $230,000 for candidates in the United States.
