General Assembly Team Lead

The Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for team members, ensuring that zonal objectives are met in alignment with company standards.

Key responsibilities include directing daily activities, providing clear goals and regular feedback to team members, and ensuring alignment with company objectives as communicated by the Supervisor or Manager. The Team Lead will oversee resource allocation within the zone, ensuring proper staffing at each workstation and escalating any gaps to the Supervisor. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members, identifying training needs, and supporting their professional growth and skill development. Monitoring team performance against key metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or higher and have at least two years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in General Assembly or electric vehicle manufacturing. Proven leadership or prior team lead or supervisory experience of at least one year is required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, along with a record of repeated strong performance and positive peer feedback, are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary for success in this role.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $31 to $34. Harbinger Motors provides comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage fully paid by the employer.
