General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Savannah, GA office. This role is integral to our mission of advocating for clients in personal injury cases, particularly those involving motor vehicle incidents. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal journey.

In this position, you will handle all aspects of pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing the release approval process. You will also lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and driving the team's success. Additionally, responsibilities encompass conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Statements, and recorded statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association. While personal injury experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, and possess strong leadership abilities. A self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals and attention to detail in understanding fact patterns are essential.
