Global Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing)
As a Global Account Manager at Awin, you will oversee the affiliate campaigns of prominent global retail clients within our award-winning network. This role involves managing some of the most demanding yet rewarding affiliate programs, requiring strategic coordination across multiple territories. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with colleagues across various regions to ensure consistent and effective account management. With the support of a Global Account Executive, you will delegate tasks and work collaboratively to maximize client returns on their global affiliate programs.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing assigned accounts to meet client objectives, implementing affiliate marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key global affiliates. You will act as the main point of contact for global strategic coordination, ensuring alignment and consistency across all Awin territories. Regular tasks involve producing comprehensive reports, attending client meetings, and participating in industry events to enhance client relationships and program performance.
The ideal candidate will have approximately two years of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role, with a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and its integration within the broader online marketing mix. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to handle and escalate issues effectively. A proven track record in building successful client and team relationships, as well as experience in presenting commercial content, is highly desirable. The role requires an approachable and unflappable demeanor, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
