Global Account Manager (f/m/d)
As a Global Account Manager at Awin, you will oversee the affiliate programs of various international clients, managing some of the most dynamic and engaging campaigns within our network. Based in our Amsterdam office, you will collaborate with a global team to ensure clients achieve optimal returns from their affiliate programs, highlighting the advantages of partnering with Awin.
Your primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing assigned accounts to meet client needs, advising on affiliate marketing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with top publishers, and proactively addressing and resolving client issues. Additionally, you will produce tailored reports and documentation, participate in client and networking events, and contribute to the global affiliate strategy across all regions where the client operates.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in account management within affiliate or digital marketing, a solid understanding of effective affiliate programs and campaign optimization, and knowledge of key performance metrics. Proficiency in English and Dutch, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.
