Global Care Navigator - Italian Speaking (Remote)
Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to join our Clinical Operations team. This remote role focuses on guiding members through their mental health care journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. As a rapidly growing mental health services provider, we partner with over 450 companies, delivering care to 10 million individuals worldwide.
In this position, you will interact with members via phone, chat, and email, managing care coordination tasks such as platform sign-up assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, gathering intake information, scheduling appointments, and explaining available services. You will conduct clinical needs assessments to develop personalized care plans, refer members to appropriate care levels, and provide in-the-moment support during crises, including safety planning and follow-up. Additionally, you will offer consultation and psycho-education on mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a behavioral health field with licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist. A minimum of two years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure is required. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is essential, with additional language skills in Portuguese or Spanish considered a plus. Proficiency in using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and the ability to learn new systems are necessary. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment are also important.
Compensation for this role ranges from $33.33 to $42.31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
