Global Growth and Localization (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Cato Networks is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to support customer marketing initiatives during a maternity leave cover. This temporary role focuses on executing and optimizing cross-sell and upsell campaigns, ensuring smooth program operations, and aligning marketing strategies with key business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to drive expansion efforts.
Key responsibilities include executing and optimizing cross-sell and upsell campaigns across various channels such as email, in-product messaging, and events. The role involves managing timelines, assets, and coordination to ensure timely campaign launches. Additionally, the manager will oversee customer engagement programs to promote awareness of new products and features, support nurturing programs to guide customers through the upsell funnel, and report on key metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech industry. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously are essential. The role requires comfort in cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders. Experience with email marketing, webinars, events, and digital campaigns is necessary. The candidate should be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a positive attitude as a team player.
