Global Partner Alliance Manager, GSI
The Global Partner Alliance Manager at Cato Networks is responsible for supporting a select portfolio of strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). This role involves contributing to alliance strategy, partner engagement, and revenue growth by collaborating closely with senior alliance leadership and regional sales teams. The position is integral to executing joint go-to-market initiatives, driving co-sell activities, and fostering strong relationships across partner organizations.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day relationships with assigned GSIs, assisting in the development and execution of annual alliance plans, and positioning Cato as a strategic SASE platform partner. The role also involves driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines, embedding alliance partners into key opportunities, and supporting the execution of repeatable co-sell motions. Additionally, the manager will assist in identifying and developing joint SASE and secure networking offerings, collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, and support joint marketing campaigns and demand generation programs.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in alliances, partner management, or enterprise technology sales, with experience working with or supporting GSI and/or service provider partnerships. A solid understanding of SASE, SD-WAN, networking, or security solutions is essential. The role requires the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and strong communication skills for engaging Director- to VP-level stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience working with partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, BT, Orange, NTT, Comcast, or Tata Communications, exposure to cloud-delivered networking or security platforms, and experience in high-growth or scaling technology environments.
