Proficiency with the Greenhouse ATS and scheduling tools like Google Calendar is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are crucial. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
