MariaDB is seeking a high-energy, strategic Global Sales Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between our product, marketing, and sales teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales force is equipped with the tools, content, and training necessary to convert potential clients into committed customers efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely within the United States, contributing to a company that powers applications used daily by billions of people worldwide.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs to rapidly prepare new hires, developing go-to-market strategies to expand MariaDB's customer base, and translating complex database features into compelling value-based selling points. The role also involves creating competitive intelligence materials to effectively position MariaDB against major competitors, optimizing the sales tech stack to streamline workflows, and collaborating with sales and technical leadership to identify and address performance needs through data analysis and targeted workshops.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a high-performing sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Exceptional presentation skills, the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights, and experience selling database, analytics, and open-source software and services are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, along with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern sales professionals, is also required.

The anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.
