The Global Technical Integration Support Executive role at Awin involves assisting in launching top brands onto the Awin Network by providing high-level technical support during the integration process. This fast-paced position requires collaboration with both clients' marketing and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of bespoke online tracking technology, delivered on time and in accordance with agreed campaign specifications. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include acting as the intermediary to provide clear and concise technical guidance, quickly isolating errors within client setups and offering feedback on possible solutions, and negotiating and handling objections for setups that do not align with team targets. The role also involves contributing to monthly Integration Team targets, reviewing team members' work for technical sign-off, reporting technical issues or bugs with the platform and escalating as appropriate, administering a knowledge base used internally and externally, providing high-level training to internal colleagues, and testing new developments and features.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture, excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building, and an understanding of web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is also beneficial. The role requires a self-motivated individual who understands the importance of processes and procedures, can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and can work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team. An IT-related degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
