Government Property Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Government Property Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of government, customer, company-owned, and capital property. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The position offers an opportunity to take ownership of property management processes and drive measurable impact across the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 252.244-7001. The manager will oversee the acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposition of property, ensuring compliance and accountability at all stages. Additionally, the role involves managing and executing compliance audits, both internal and external, and providing guidance and training to cross-functional teams on property regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing government, customer, company, or capital property. In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 252.244-7001 is essential, as is experience conducting compliance audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and familiarity with property management systems, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), are also required.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $91,800 to $137,700 USD for this role, along with highly competitive equity grants.
