Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer role at Twenty Twenty Consulting Ltd in York offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, people-centered business undergoing significant growth and development in its marketing and communications activities. The company is seeking a creative professional to contribute to its dynamic team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the team to create multi-channel campaigns across various media, both online and offline. Your responsibilities include developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, magazines, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations, all adhering to brand guidelines. Additionally, you will produce professionally edited short videos for social media platforms and the company website, and participate in photography at events and team photoshoots.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design and photo-editing skills, particularly with InDesign and Photoshop or equivalent software, and have proficiency in PowerPoint. A natural eye for design, a strong portfolio of creative projects, and the ability to generate original ideas are essential. The role requires high-level creative thinking, the confidence to work independently, and strong interpersonal skills to present ideas effectively within the department and at Director/Partner level. A university degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £30,000, negotiable depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and flexible working hours.
