GRC Project Manager
As a GRC Project Manager at Diligent Corporation, you will lead customer adoption project teams to drive the implementation and adoption of Diligent's solutions. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting business development activities within the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include independently managing engagements or coordinating with a team to allocate tasks effectively. You will oversee projects throughout the customer journey, ensuring timely delivery, minimizing delays, and managing project efficiencies and budgets. Additionally, you will leverage your domain and product knowledge to expand business opportunities through customer interactions and support sales activities such as discovery calls and statement of work generation.
The ideal candidate will maintain a consistently high-quality level of work, demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to processes and procedures with stakeholders and customers. A customer-first mindset is essential, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and experiences. Effective communication with all stakeholders on project-related aspects is crucial, along with the ability to lead or follow as the situation mandates. A proven track record of successful project delivery management in enterprise environments with dynamic and complex technical or regulatory landscapes is required.
Preferred qualifications include effective skills in persuasion and influence, with the ability to enthuse and inspire. Experience within the GRC domain is advantageous, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills, including public speaking and workshop facilitation. An understanding of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes are also desirable. Demonstrated effective project management practices, including project status tracking, reporting, and issue escalation, are important. Being prepared to present various aspects of your projects is expected.
