Growth Director, MEA
As a Growth Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Monks, you will spearhead new business acquisition and drive strategic revenue growth across the region. This senior, client-facing role involves translating complex business challenges into comprehensive digital solutions encompassing media, content, data, and technology. Monks is a global, full-service digital marketing and transformation agency committed to delivering impactful work in high-growth enterprise landscapes.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading regional growth strategies by identifying target sectors and developing structured opportunity pipelines. You will generate and maintain a qualified multi-million GBP pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnership channels, and executive relationship development. Additionally, you will manage complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions. Shaping integrated client solutions that bridge performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech, and customer experience will be key, along with negotiating commercial contracts to ensure competitiveness while protecting delivery margins.
The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media, adtech, or digital transformation environments, with deep knowledge of the MEA market landscape, buying structures, and cultural nuances. Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential. A proven track record of closing complex, multi-service digital engagements with enterprise or upper mid-market clients is required, along with a strong technical understanding of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic, analytics, CRM/CDP, and marketing automation. Expertise in consultative selling and leading multi-disciplinary pitch processes, as well as exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level, are also necessary.
