Growth Marketing Manager, Field

The Field Marketing Manager, Americas, will lead and expand the field marketing initiatives for a high-impact business unit, directly influencing pipeline growth and accelerating revenue across the region. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that yield measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing field marketing plans aligned with regional and business unit goals, partnering with Sales to identify and activate priority plays that advance opportunities through the sales funnel, and building scalable field marketing programs leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and insights. The role also involves shaping team-wide processes and providing guidance to Field Marketing Specialists and Senior Specialists.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing or related areas, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and bookings in collaboration with Sales. Essential skills include expertise in integrated field programs such as events, webinars, ABM, and partner campaigns, proficiency with AI tools to improve marketing operations, strong project management abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions and experience in complex, matrixed organizations are advantageous.
