We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist, APAC, to spearhead our outbound marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing demand generation and funneling sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to our sales and client teams across APAC markets. Reporting to the APAC Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving our outbound growth initiatives across our breadth of specialist services pillars—including data, media, technology, and creative workstreams.

In this role, you will create and manage effective outbound marketing campaigns to generate and increase our volume of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and SQLs. You will lead the organization of events, focusing on using in-person activities as a tool to generate brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic guidance and recommendations for marketing investment. Additionally, you will develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness and prove value to the business. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating on the creation of content plans to promote service offerings across social media, events, and technology partnerships, as well as supporting subject matter experts in building personal brands through thought leadership initiatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with and support all APAC markets to align strategies and share best practices, as well as with global marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within professional services, ad-tech, or mar-tech sectors, with a proven track record of building or influencing marketing strategy. Experience managing events and driving leads from events is highly valued. A strong understanding of outbound marketing techniques and demand generation strategies, including SEO and SEM experience, is essential. Proficiency with a variety of online marketing tools and techniques such as Google Ads/SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, are crucial. An analytical mindset with experience in creating measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns, as well as innovative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas to improve marketing efforts, are also important.
