GTM Technology Senior Manager

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Technology to architect and scale our modern sales engagement and revenue orchestration stack. This role will design how systems like Outreach, Gong, Common Room, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Salesforce work together to drive pipeline creation, rep productivity, and an exceptional seller experience.

The successful candidate will own and evolve Diligent's sales engagement and orchestration stack, including tools like Common Room, Outreach, and Gong. Responsibilities include architecting integrations to ensure GTM tools operate as a connected ecosystem with Salesforce as the system of record, building signal-driven automations and scalable GTM plays, and identifying and piloting AI-native opportunities to reduce manual work and improve targeting.

Qualifications include 7+ years in GTM Technology, Business Systems, RevOps, or MOps roles, deep hands-on experience with modern sales engagement and signal tools, strong understanding of outbound workflow design and sequencing strategy, and familiarity with Salesforce as a core system of record.
