Harness Technician II/III

Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking a Harness Manufacturing Technician II/III to join our Manufacturing team at our global headquarters in Long Beach, California. This role is integral to building and testing harnesses for our Space Systems satellites and launch systems, contributing directly to our mission of opening access to space.

The Harness Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical harnesses, soldering, PCB assembly, and operating thermal chambers. The role involves following work instructions, identifying and highlighting abnormalities, and managing multiple tasks, including special projects and high-priority assignments.

For the Technician II level, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with electrical harness assembly and testing to an aerospace standard or equivalent high-reliability field, along with a high school diploma or GED. Technician III candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience assembling per manufacturing instructions and drawings is required for both levels.
