The Hazard Zone Deployment Lead, Air Defense at Anduril Industries is a pivotal role within the Air Defense team, responsible for delivering and sustaining capabilities in challenging operational environments. The Deployment Lead manages every aspect of the deployment process, from initial site surveys to testing, installation, and sustainment. This role requires leading cross-functional teams spanning hardware supply, logistics, and engineering to achieve mission success. Additionally, the Deployment Lead is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal teams through effective communication and follow-through.
Candidates must possess an advanced STEM degree or have at least four years of technical work experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace sectors. The role demands a highly organized, creative problem-solver with proven project management skills and experience leading tech-enabled teams. A deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, along with a commitment to lifelong learning, is essential. Applicants must currently hold and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be willing to travel up to 50% of the year, including deployments to hazardous zones.
The salary range for this position is between $113,000 and $149,000 annually.
