The Head of Account Management at GR8 Tech is responsible for transforming customers into long-term partners by developing a clear lifecycle framework and fostering strong relationships at scale. This role involves overseeing the processes of onboarding, growth, retention, and reactivation of accounts, ensuring measurable customer value throughout their journey. GR8 Tech is a leading B2B iGaming platform provider, delivering full-cycle, high-impact technology solutions designed to scale and drive real business growth.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a customer lifecycle management framework encompassing onboarding, satisfaction measurement, upselling, expansion, retention, and win-back strategies. The role also involves documenting and continuously improving customer journeys, introducing account segmentation, and developing scalable onboarding and account development programs. Additionally, the Head of Account Management will define policies, implement satisfaction tools, run business reviews, enforce internal SLAs, and act as the internal "Voice of Customer" to translate client needs into product and process priorities.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of leadership or management experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Commercial Operations, with a strong track record in B2B sectors such as iGaming, IT, telecommunications, finance, or business services. They should possess proven abilities in building lifecycle frameworks and processes, excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence, and fluency in both English and Russian. The candidate should also demonstrate calmness under pressure, strong execution capabilities, and serious attention to detail.
