Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience in roles such as L&D Specialist, L&D Project Manager, or Event Manager. Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of adult learning principles, proficiency in developing and managing training programs, familiarity with learning management systems, and strong communication skills. Experience in implementing L&D practices for remote teams is advantageous.
