Senior .NET Developer for GR8 API Tech
GR8 Tech is seeking a Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, and related technologies. The role involves participating in technical discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable software architectures, developing and maintaining applications, and identifying and resolving complex software issues. The developer will also lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality, and work closely with product management, design, and operations teams to align development with business goals. Additionally, the role involves participating in on-call rotations to support the availability and stability of business-critical services and maintaining technical documentation for software development and system design.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role, with deep hands-on expertise in C# (Core /.NET 6+). A strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization is essential. Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements, as well as designing and operating microservice-based systems, is required. Proficiency with messaging systems, relational and non-relational databases, containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is also necessary.
