The Junior Casino Content Specialist at GR8 Tech is responsible for managing and optimizing game-related content and promotional activities within the online casino platform. This role ensures accurate game setup, effective promotion execution, and alignment with client preferences and regulatory standards. Additionally, the specialist facilitates communication between game providers and clients to support a dynamic gaming experience.

The specialist also enrolls in network tournaments, secures exclusive tournaments, coordinates participation in network and exclusive jackpots, and handles enrollment in provider promotions while negotiating exclusive deals. Furthermore, they communicate promotional opportunities to clients, foster provider-client relationships, register agreed-upon promotions, address client requests for additional content, and maintain a comprehensive game release calendar for clients.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure timely completion, effective negotiation skills for managing terms of tournaments, jackpots, and promotions, and strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients and providers. They should have the ability to conduct market research and analyze game features, trends, and client preferences, high attention to detail in managing game visuals, settings, and promotional agreements, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while providing tailored support.
