Head of Efficacy Research
Duolingo is seeking a Head of Efficacy Research to lead its Efficacy Research Lab, focusing on evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of its educational products. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in education, learning sciences, cognitive science, educational psychology, psychometrics, or a related field, along with over 12 years of relevant experience. Expertise in applied research methods, including randomized controlled trials and large-scale observational analyses, is essential. Strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in statistical tools like R or Python, and experience managing research teams are also required.
