As a Recruiter II at Duolingo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our talented team by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the tech industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and familiarity with employment laws and regulations are also required.
