Staff Program Manager Brand Campaigns
Duolingo is seeking a Staff Program Manager for Brand Campaigns to lead complex, multi-quarter programs that span various teams and functions. This role offers significant autonomy in transforming strategic initiatives into clear, scalable executions, aligning senior stakeholders, and establishing systems that ensure timely and impactful delivery. The position is based in New York City, with an expectation of 10–15% travel for shoots, partner meetings, and company events.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of multiple complex, cross-functional programs, including defining scope, milestones, and success metrics. You will build and maintain integrated program plans and timelines, proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving mitigation plans to protect delivery and quality. Additionally, you will run effective operating rituals such as kickoffs, status updates, reviews, and executive communications, aligning stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in program or project management, leading high-impact, cross-functional programs in consumer technology or a comparable fast-paced environment. Proficiency in integrated campaign planning and timelining is essential, along with excellent communication and facilitation skills. A data-informed mindset, with the ability to define success metrics and use results to shape next steps and recommendations, is also required. Deep proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace is necessary.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $152,000 to $228,000 USD, supplemented by equity compensation. Additional benefits and perks are provided to support employees' holistic well-being.
