Senior B2B Marketing Manager, DET (UK, Europe & ANZ)
Duolingo is seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead the regional marketing strategy for the Duolingo English Test (DET) across the UK, Europe, and the ANZ regions. This role is integral to expanding the adoption and usage of the DET among universities, governments, and key educational stakeholders. The position is based in London, UK, and involves close collaboration with the Institutional Engagement team to align marketing efforts with institutional outreach and conversion goals.
The primary responsibilities include designing and executing a comprehensive events strategy encompassing university roadshows, partner events, webinars, and industry conferences. The role also involves developing scalable playbooks to ensure high-quality execution across various markets and partnering cross-functionally to deliver cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. Additionally, the Senior B2B Marketing Manager will define success metrics for campaigns, evaluate performance, and inform future strategies.
Candidates should have 7 to 10+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to B2B or institutional marketing. Proven experience in designing and executing events or field marketing programs that drive engagement and conversion is essential. A strong understanding of the UK and ANZ education landscapes, particularly universities and study abroad pathways, is highly desirable. Experience partnering closely with sales or business development teams to drive pipeline and adoption, along with the ability to build structure and processes in ambiguous environments, is also required.
The offered salary for this role ranges from £90,630 to £122,617 per annum, supplemented by equity compensation.
