The Head of Employee Experience at GR8 Tech is responsible for creating and maintaining a seamless, efficient, and human-centered office environment across multiple locations. This role involves overseeing office operations, enabling hybrid work models, and ensuring that infrastructure, vendors, and internal services function smoothly to support teams in delivering their best work.

Key responsibilities include defining and evolving a company-wide workplace strategy that aligns with business goals and expansion plans. The role involves budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization across all locations, as well as establishing and tracking key performance indicators for operational excellence and employee experience. Additionally, the position requires designing scalable standards, policies, and systems for current and future offices.

The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in office administration or operations, including leadership roles. Proven experience managing office operations at scale, strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills, and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control are essential. The role also demands the ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and possess strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities. Fluency in English is required for effective cross-team communication.
