Key responsibilities include managing a team primarily located in Wakefield and Huddersfield, leading the Marketing Team to foster innovation and inspiration, and driving the CRM team's performance to ensure exceptional database management and customer engagement. The role also involves developing and implementing marketing and digital/social media strategies aligned with brand and company objectives, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring effective branded marketing communications across various channels. Additional duties encompass overseeing events, managing telemarketing activities, and ensuring the effective use of the CRM system across the business.
Ideal candidates should possess a confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. They should be self-driven, innovative, and up-to-date with all marketing and social media channels, demonstrating efficiency in utilizing available budgets and resources. Strong IT skills, expertise in digital marketing, social media, content writing, PR, and ideally events management experience are essential.
