Head of Growth, Imaging
The Head of Growth for Imaging at Anduril Industries will lead the expansion of the Imaging Business Line, focusing on advanced imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, and missile tracking systems. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to develop and execute growth strategies that address critical security challenges for the U.S. and its allies.
Key responsibilities include building a cohesive, data-driven strategy with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Department of Defense Program Executive Offices (PEOs), the Intelligence Community, federal agencies, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), University-Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs), and international partners to deliver technology at scale. The role also involves maintaining close relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities, leading the expansion of the Imaging portfolio across U.S. and allied services, and managing strategic partners vital to growth strategy and program execution.
Candidates must have deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, image processing, and missile tracking. Proven leadership skills, experience with relevant FFRDCs, UARCs, PEOs, OEMs, federal agencies, and/or Combatant Commands, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans are essential. The role requires willingness to relocate to Waltham, MA, the ability to travel up to 50%, and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
