The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Department of Defense or government logistics, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain. They should demonstrate technical expertise in logistics management principles, have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to government logistics, preferably in the aircraft sector, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
