Head of Payment Product
The Head of Payment Product at GR8 Tech is responsible for defining and driving the overall product vision, strategy, and performance of the payment product portfolio. This role involves leading product direction, managing teams, and making strategic decisions to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include setting the product vision and strategy in collaboration with executive leadership, overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and leading, mentoring, and developing the product management function. The role also requires collaboration with C-level executives and key stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional alignment.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 2 years as a Lead Product Manager. They should have a proven track record in defining company-level product metrics, ensuring sustained growth through product launches and operational excellence, and contributing to company strategy. Strong leadership skills, including managing multiple product managers and developing senior leaders, are essential.
