The Head of Turnkey Solution at GR8 Tech is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the all-in-one iGaming platform solution offered to B2B operators. This position entails full business ownership, product leadership, and operational excellence to ensure the turnkey offering provides a competitive advantage to partners. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in the iGaming ecosystem, a strong commercial mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of both player behavior and operator needs.

Key responsibilities include owning the P&L of the Turnkey Business Unit, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability, and defining a clear strategic vision for the turnkey offering. The role involves validating product innovations, simplifying the product roadmap to enhance player acquisition and retention, and aligning content providers and third-party integrations to optimize operator performance. Additionally, the Head of Turnkey Solution will scale efficient operational processes, launch competitive front-end applications, and optimize payment orchestration and compliance tools.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a senior iGaming leadership role with explicit P&L ownership of a B2B platform solution for over five years. Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams exceeding 100 employees is essential. Deep technical and product knowledge across the entire iGaming platform stack, including PAM, CRM, Payments, and Bonus engines, is required. Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills are also critical. The role requires the ability to travel for business trips to Cyprus.
