Kaseya is seeking a Help Desk Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions, Kaseya empowers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Exchange Admin, Google Workspace, and VPN/Wi-Fi connectivity. You will resolve incidents and service requests using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up. Additionally, you will collaborate with global IT teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes and hardware provisioning.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role, with strong knowledge of Microsoft domain environments, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems, as well as an understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred. Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
