The Helpdesk Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, managing support requests within the ticketing system, and providing guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices. Additionally, the role involves configuring and maintaining end-user systems and collaborating with internal teams to enhance IT service delivery.
Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of one year in a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, familiarity with ITIL principles, and experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical support are also necessary.
