HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner at Cato Networks, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and global HR partners to support employees across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving and supporting our continued business growth, requiring flexibility, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the business to proactively address organizational and people needs, supporting the organization through periods of hyper-growth, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing front-line support on employee relations matters, advising and coaching managers on performance management and employee development, and partnering in aligning HR strategy with business priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Consulting, or a related field, with over 4 years of experience in a full-scope HR Business Partner role within a high-tech, fast-growing environment. Proven experience in consultative business partnering across core HR domains, solid knowledge of HR best practices, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
