Key responsibilities include processing new hire announcements, generating employee onboarding accounts and documents, and sending all new hire materials such as offer letters, conflicts, background checks, benefits documents, and onboarding materials. The coordinator manages employee documents and HRIS profiles, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained. Additional duties involve handling verifications of employment and unemployment claims, processing team invoices, assisting in the rollout of new HR policies and procedures, and providing employee support.

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related office environment, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR operations preferred. Proficiency with HRIS programs is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are crucial for success in this role.
