HR Management, Leadership Development Program
The HR Management Leadership Development Program at Legend Biotech is a strategic initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals in the early stages of their careers. Participants will engage in a structured, three-year rotational program, gaining exposure to various facets of human resources within a dynamic biotech environment. Participants will complete three to four cross-functional rotations, each lasting 8 to 12 months, across areas such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Total Rewards, and Learning & Organizational Development. They will lead and support high-impact HR initiatives aligned with talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning. Additionally, participants will collaborate with senior leaders to address complex organizational challenges and implement scalable HR solutions that support enterprise growth.
Eligible candidates are recent MBA or MA graduates (Class of 2023-2026) in Human Resources or related fields, with 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR or related business areas. Experience in the life sciences sector is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, strong analytical and communication skills, and a desire to advance into future leadership roles.
The program offers a competitive base salary ranging from $81,273 to $106,669, with potential for performance-based bonuses and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting, eight weeks of paid parental leave after three months of employment, and a comprehensive paid time off policy.
